First Visit
Medical and Dental History
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment as you will be required to complete a medical and dental questionnaire. This provides our team with the most accurate representation of your overall health which affects your oral health.

Complete Oral Exam
You will meet your hygienist and go over your oral health concerns or questions. Next your hygienist will examine your head and neck, oral cavity, gums and teeth. Our team will take measurements of your gums and make note of any missing teeth and the existing condition of your teeth. This exam is a key way for our team to learn the current status of your oral health.
X-Rays
Your hygienist will take X-Rays as needed for the dentist to diagnose any concerns. If you have recent X-Rays from another office you can request to have them sent to us.
Treatment Plan
After your complete oral exam and X-Rays one of our Dentists will explain what is occurring with your teeth and oral health. Based on our findings we will together chose the best options for your future dental care.
